When you enroll yourself in the Oasis Detox program, you can rest assured that your information is 100% confidential. We won’t disclose any of your personal information unless we have your consent.
How does the insurance verification process work?
When you contact us for the initial enrollment or consultation, we will ask for your health insurance information. We will then contact your insurance company and handle everything for you. We’ll also find out if your insurance will cover your time and treatment at Oasis Detox.
What's the next step after the insurance verification?
Once your insurance is verified, the next step is to come in for a consultation. We will walk you through the treatment plan, what to expect, and answer any questions you might have. We will also inform you if there are any additional fees that your insurance didn’t cover.
